1. About GoVideoMaker
GoVideoMaker provides done-for-you video creation and related creative services, which may include AI-assisted production, UGC-style videos, talking photos, AI avatars, product videos, business and explainer videos, social-media shorts, video editing, thumbnails, voiceovers, and related creative work.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, distribute malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
3. Project Inquiries Are Not Acceptance
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, establish a final price, or require GoVideoMaker to accept a project. A project begins only after we confirm the scope and any required commercial terms.
4. Client-Supplied Materials
If you provide logos, photos, footage, music, trademarks, testimonials, scripts, claims, product information, voice recordings, likenesses, or other materials, you represent that you have the rights, permissions, or lawful basis needed for GoVideoMaker to use them for your requested project.
5. Accuracy of Claims and Instructions
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims, offers, prices, testimonials, product statements, regulated-industry statements, and other factual content you ask us to include. GoVideoMaker may decline or request changes to content that appears misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or inconsistent with platform rules.
6. AI-Assisted Production
Some projects may use artificial intelligence tools as part of image, video, audio, voice, animation, editing, or other production workflows. AI outputs can contain imperfections or unexpected variations. We use human creative direction and review, but no AI-assisted process can guarantee perfect output in every generation.
7. Revisions, Delivery, Payments, and Ownership
Revision limits, delivery targets, payment schedules, usage rights, source-file availability, cancellation terms, and final ownership are determined by the quotation, proposal, invoice, or project agreement for the applicable job. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, requests outside the approved scope may require additional fees or delivery time.
8. Portfolio Use
Unless a project is confidential by agreement, GoVideoMaker may request permission to display completed work in a portfolio, website, social channels, or promotional materials. Confidential or restricted projects will be handled according to the applicable project agreement.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Videos may be intended for platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, or other services. GoVideoMaker does not control those platforms and cannot guarantee approval, reach, monetization, account status, algorithmic performance, or continued availability of any third-party feature.
10. Intellectual Property on This Website
The GoVideoMaker name, branding, original website design elements, original graphics, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission, except where allowed by law.
11. No Guaranteed Business Results
Creative services are provided to help present and communicate your message more effectively. We do not guarantee views, leads, sales, revenue, ranking, virality, conversion rates, platform approval, or other business outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoVideoMaker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of this website or reliance on website content. Any liability relating to a paid project may be further addressed in the applicable project agreement.
13. Governing Law
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any mandatory rights that may apply to users in other jurisdictions.
